This Privacy Policy does not apply to products or services provided, or information obtained, other than through the Website.
Our Website provides a marketplace to allow homeowners, hotel owners and property managers to offer for rent in a variety of pricing formats, a specific seasonal or long-term rental property to potential renters (collectively, our "Services").
We use this Privacy Policy to try clearly disclosing to you our privacy practices in a manner that is easy to understand. If there is something you do not understand about our privacy practices, please feel free to contact us at privacy@lanyardstays.com.
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time so please check back often. If we significantly change our collection, use, or disclosure practices, we will try to send you a notice via email if you have provided us with an email address. Children
Our Website is not directed to children who are under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. We collect Personal Data when you visit the Website, register to use the Services, in connection with your use of the Services, and in other instances where you may provide it to us. The Personal Data collected during these interactions may vary based on what you choose to share with us, but it will generally include your name, email address, mobile phone number, physical mailing and billing address, company name and your company title. We will also collect certain payment information in connection with the Services, including as necessary to ensure payments can be processed by our third-party payment processors, such as Bill.com ("Processor"). This information is processed by Processor and we do not store or access it. Accordingly, in addition to this Privacy Policy, payment information is also processed according to Bill.com's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.
Personal Data We Receive Automatically From Your Use of the Services. When you visit, use and interact with Website, we may receive certain information about your visit, use or interactions. For example, we may monitor the number of people that visit the Website, peak hours of visits, which page(s) are visited, the domains our visitors come from (e.g., google.com, yahoo.com, etc.), and which browsers people use to access the Website (e.g., Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, etc.), and geographical location information. How Do We Protect Your Information?
