Her vision is to expand workforce mobility and opportunity, make corporate housing universally accessible, and unburden teams from the complexities of sourcing and managing housing.
How Lanyard Began
When I think back to the moment Lanyard began, I picture myself sitting on a weathered porch in Cape Cod (my happy place) with a newborn, a toddler, and absolutely no idea what would come next. It was the summer of 2020, the height of the pandemic, and I had just been laid off from my role leading corporate strategy at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts. Like so many in hospitality, I was watching the industry I loved crumble overnight.
I felt completely untethered, but also oddly free. For the first time in my career, I had a blank page in front of me.
